Rules and TOS
• • •By commissioning me, you are agreeing to abide by my rules, and follow them accordingly. Failure in following said rules will result in a warning, and a potential ban from commissioning me or owning any of my designs.• • •PaymentAll commissions, adopts, and ocs are to be paid through PayPal under ‘Goods and Services.’ For close friends and small payments, I may take payment through ‘Friends and Family.’Payment must be sent first before I start on a commission or transfer an adopt or oc.CommissionsI will always prioritize commissions over art trades and gifts. When working on commissions I tend to jump around to from one to another in order to progress each commission evenly. Regardless, commissions will be completed and delivered in order from oldest to most recent.The time that it takes to complete a commission will heavily depend on my current schedule and situation, you can find my estimated turnaround time for a commission in my commission information.You can also find more information there regarding references for customs. I will not accept any references that are stolen. References must be original, and clear for accuracy on the outcome of your commission.While I will have a ping list for when commissions open, I will not hold commission slots.There are a few things I will not draw, and I ask that you respect that. A list of things I will do and not do can be found in my commission information.Finally, I ask that you credit all my art properly!ReferencingI will not reference another artist’s work. All references used for commissions must be original.Please do not request for me to draw or recreate another person’s character. If it turns out I have been working on someone else’s oc, I will give the artwork in it’s current status to the original owner and proceed to block you.Absolutely no AI references.RefundsI will only make full refunds if I have not started your commission.If I have already started your commission, I will subtract from what I have already started and refund the remaining balance.If at any given point your behavior becomes a problem, I will terminate your commission and give you a full or partial refund depending on the progress of the commission. I will not work with an individual if they prove to be problematic.Sensitive TopicsI will not draw anything depicting hate, violence, discrimination, or anything else I am uncomfortable with.I can draw NSFW depicting partial or full human, humanoid, or anthro nudity and mild gore so long as the client is 18 years or older. Please specify what mature themes you want drawn and I will let you know if I am okay with drawing it or not.Adopts and OC SalesI offer flat sales, auction pieces, flat sale batches, and special series adopts that can either come as a flat sale or auction.On all of my adopts, I will only offer 24 hour holds after you've contacted me within the 24 hours given after claiming an adopt. If you cannot pay within that given time frame, the adopt will be going to the next person in line or up for sale again.For auction pieces, please do not bid if you do not plan on buying. When bidding, make sure to tag or mention whoever bid first, so they know they've been outbid. When bidding in an auction please be sure that you want to particiate and commit in the first place—do not delete your bid.For oc sales, small holds and payment plans can be arranged with a down payment. Payment plans only apply to ocs priced $50 and up. Holds can be arranged on any, so long as its paid within the desired hold period.Once an adopt has been paid for and is ready to go home with their new owner, I will request your ToyHouse to have them transferred as soon as I can. Having a ToyHouse account is a must in order to own one of my designs or ocs.when owning on of my designs, please sell or trade at the price/value you purchased. Unless you’ve added art, do not sell for more than its current worth.While I do not have major issues with closed breeds, I would prefer if my designs are to not be used in them, or have their design changed to fit in. Similarly, I will allow minor design changes to my designs, but please do not make any drastic changes to the point where I can’t even recognize it.My CharactersMy ocs are special to me, and to a handful of others who have grown to love them as well. I ask that you please respect the uniqueness of my ocs by not referencing, copying, or outright stealing them.My babies beling to me, and me only.

State the type of commission you are interested in purchasing, and provide any references you would like me to use. Please make sure your references are original and belong to you. I will provide my PayPal link once we’re ready to proceed. Once I receive payment, I will add your commission to my Trello and begin working on it as soon as I can. You’re welcome to check on it’s progress through my Trello at any given time; I will also be providing wips of your commission as I progress.Turnaround time can vary between one week to a month or two. I ask that you be patient as I do have a very busy life outside of this hobby. I will always try and let you know if I need more time, regardless you’re welcome to reach out to me if you’d like a time estimate on your commission.If you have any further questions please refer back to my rules and TOS or pm me. Prices and Examples
All complex designs will have a $5 complexity fee added to the base price of the commission of your choosing. Any extra character added to a piece will cost half of the original price of your commission. Most commission types will come with a simple colored background.
